Accredited by the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI), RPM-Academy Certification acknowledges a person's mastery of the principles, tools and methods appropriate for the program completed.
To achieve Certification, the applicant must;
- Complete formal training (Click here to download course listings)
- Successfully write a formal, online Certification exam
- Demonstrate ability to apply tools & methods (ex. project, culminating performance)
YELLOW BELT: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a small ("kaizen") process improvement event using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Yellow Belt program.
GREEN BELT: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a kaizen (or equivalent) process improvement project using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Green Belt program.
BLACK BELT: Provide evidence that they have successfully facilitated a larger process improvement project (aka “DMAIC”, “Value Stream Transformation”) using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Black Belt program.
CERTIFICATION IN AGILE: RPM-Academy also offers three options for certification;
- Scrum Master
- Product Owner
- Developer
Students registering for Certification programs will be provided with in a template for “project/event” submission or, in the case of Agile, demonstrated experience.
